Digital Products
All digital products (ebooks or downloadable content) are non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
Physical Books (Paperback)
Books purchased through third-party retailers (such as Amazon) are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies.
Signed Copies
Signed copies purchased directly from this website are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If a signed copy arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective signed copies purchased directly from this website. Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you need help, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
Signed copies are shipped by the author within up to 3 business days via FedEx. We ship worldwide; shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. For U.S. addresses, shipping is $10.00 and delivery is typically 5–10 business days after shipment.
